The need for connection and community is primal,

as fundamental as the need for air, water, and food.

Dean Ornish

Never underestimate the power of a group of like-minded individuals!

The work we do as Therapists challenges us personally as well as professionally.  And the constraints of confidentiality can make it difficult to receive support from others outside the Therapist community. Experiential group therapy sessions specifically for Therapists are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment to explore our inner worlds as well as the challenges we face in our profession.

These groups meet monthly for two hours each time.  During these sessions you will have an opportunity to create a sandtray world or engage in some other nonverbal, experiential therapy process, and you will be offered the opportunity to share whatever feels relevant with other group members.

A 6-month commitment is requested when you join a group.  The opportunity to do deep, healing work increases as we relax into knowing one another.  Frequent changes in the composition of the group disrupts that process.

Fee is $100 per session.

Groups are continually forming.  If you are interested in joining a group, please contact Rita with days of the week you are available.
